The fact that you matched the color of the eyes- whether naturally or through post processing- not only with the leaves but with the back color as well just really makes this picture in my opinion. The brightness of it all really just adds to the picture- though I do find the contrasting white in the red part of the eye to left a little bit distracting this is still hands down a wonderful shot
